All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. A full refund will be issued if NACWA receives the cancellation before Friday, January 27, 2023. After January 27, 2023, a $400 cancellation fee will be charged if a cancellation request is submitted no later than Friday, February 10, 2023. Speakers at NACWA conferences come from Congress, EPA, and other federal and state agencies, as well as the public and private sectors. Entries will be accepted after the deadline, but participants cannot be included in the list of participants.
